Express Shipping: $15

Free Standard Shipping on orders of $75 or more

Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on destination, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Please allow time for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Fantasy Avenue is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact Fantasy Avenue and we will help you review the situation.

If an order arrives damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and item.
