Fantasy Avenue Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, panties, bodysuits, hosiery, costumes, and other intimate apparel are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

lingerie or intimate apparel

panties, bodysuits, or hosiery

costumes or roleplay pieces that have been worn, tried on, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery

sale or clearance items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing an item, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If we confirm that an item was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, Fantasy Avenue may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

For eligible non-intimate accessories that are approved for return, items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was made by Fantasy Avenue.
